Whatever the weather, whatever the time of year, we offer outdoor fitness sessions that will be effective for any level of fitness from beginners to seasoned pros. Sessions are always varied, designed to challenge and could involve a variety of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), body weight exercises, team games, trail running, bootcamp-style training, strength training and use of equipment. We work as a team and you’ll never be left to finish any part of a session alone or feel like you’ve been left behind.
All our sessions are outdoors because whatever the weather, being outside is of huge benefit to your mental health and sense of well being. It’s an hour of escapism, where you don’t have to think or worry. It’s time for you, time to reset the balance and come away with a sense of achievement.
